It was open to students aged 8 to 16 across all 54 countries to program a Scratch game on the following theme: Change the world with your superpowers.
During the Prize-giving ceremony Irish Minister of State for Overseas Development Aid and Diaspora - Hon. Colm Brophy presented the prize to the 1st place national winner, Secretary General of Rwanda National Commission for UNESCO (CNRU) to the 2nd place national winner and Ambassador of Africa Code Week - Rwanda to the 3rd place national winner.
The top 3 national winners were admitted to represent Rwanda in AfriCAN Code Challenge - 2021 Continental Level.
