Overview
Child gets a taste for what happens behind the scenes when they are viewing web pages online. They are also introduced to HTML and core languages used to create web pages.
General objectives
After this lesson, child will be able to:
- Define HTML and common terminology related to HTML
- Develop skills in analyzing the usability of a web site
- Write a simple HTML document that uses opening and closing tags to structure content
Experiments
Child learns the fundamentals of HTML and CSS, adjust colors, fonts, header and footer, layout, columns and other design elements, as well as content and images.
