What is STEM Fair and Expo?
STEM Fair and Expo is a program initiated by Creativity Lab features science and technology to provide a platform for STEM startups and creative students to exhibit their works, test their solution live with users (students or teachers) and get direct feedback of what works or to improve in their solutions. This program is an opportunities for startups to connect with school leaders, education policy makers and education stakeholders to grow and scale their solutions. The STEM Showcase is also an opportunity for government education policy makers and startups to build evidence of what works in ICT for education and close the gap in access to quality education.
Creativity Lab would kindly like to request your participation in the effort to support this amazing initiative by giving startups and creative students an opportunity to attend and exhibit their works.
This STEM Fair and Expo event provided a platform for creative students to showcase what they have done and how what they learn in school are linked with market need. It was also an opportunity for STEM startups exhibiting their solutions to participants and proving how their solution can be integrated in teaching.
The event also gathered students from GS Mburabuturo, Kagarama Secondary school, Saint Vincent Pallotti Masaka and visitors from different government institutions and civil society.
